Welcome to Villa Madeline ~ a cozy hillside villa with beautiful stone and mahogany wood work. Located in the quiet Eden neighborhood with gorgeous views overlooking Coral Bay. Less than a 2-minute drive or a short walk to the heart of Coral Bay’s restaurants and shops! The location is ideal for spending the day either out at Maho or the East End beaches, which are both a 10 minute drive away. Skinny Leg's, Dazey's Bayhouse, and the Coral Bay dinghy dock are all a short walk from the villa as well. You will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The road leads up to a paved driveway with plenty of room for parking. Hard to find on St. John! Full kitchen is equipped with all you will need for those nights you wish to dine in. The water at Villa Madeline is filtered and treated with a UV light and is ready right out of the faucet for your enjoyment. No need for plastic water bottles here! Located off of the kitchen is a half bath and laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. The open-air living area extends from the kitchen where you will find your in-home entertainment. Dish TV and Wi-Fi included. The main living area is equipped with A/C and also features two large screened slider doors that look out over Coral Bay and allow the trade winds to circulate throughout. Exit through the glass sliders out onto the wrap around porch on the upper level where you can enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over East End. The villa is also equipped with solar panels and a backup battery so in the event of an island power outage, you can still enjoy all of the amenities.

Exterior staircase takes you to the pool deck and lower-level bedrooms. Private pool overlooks Coral Bay. On the pool deck you will also find an outdoor shower with beautiful stonework as well as a bar area with gas grill for dining al fresco. Descend the steps a little further to reach the two lower bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms and individual A/C units. Slider doors off of the bedrooms lead out onto the lower-level wrap around porch. The villa is perfect for one or two couples!

Rental and Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on number guests. Maximum occupancy 4 guests.

50% deposit is required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% booking.

Check in 4:00pm - Check out 10:00am.

No pets or smoking.

Children are welcome.

30% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

$300 security deposit collected upon arrival and released 7 days after departure.
