Description

Villa Bijou offers 3 King Suites, and 3 1/2 baths, with full A/C, lovely pool, and sundeck. Beautifully furnished, with native stonework throughout. A great house for relaxation, breathtaking views and comfort with easy access to town, dining and the north shore beaches. Large (18′ x 10′ x 5′) heated pool and surrounding patio are private. The stone patio is furnished with a covered dining area while leaving a large sun-bathing space with loungers nearer the pool. The poolside wet bar offers granite counters, blender, fridge, and a ceiling fan.

The Living room and dining area are on the entry level with sweeping views. Each area is furnished with truly comfortable sofas and chairs. Open-air living and great breezes make for cool tropical living. There are ceiling fans throughout. The Large gourmet kitchen has everything a serious cook could want with gorgeous granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and tons of counter space. The adjacent “Palm Deck” has BBQ and seating for lounging and dining. Fabulous views into Great Cruz Bay and the Westin Beach (a short walk down the road), as well as to the outer cays, St Thomas and tropical sunsets abound. The two entry level primary bedrooms each have king beds with full air-conditioning, private baths and garden views as well as cable TV/DVD/VCR’s. At pool level the Third King suite also has full A/C, full bath with native stone shower and garden views. They can also be easily accessed from pool level without disturbing the bedroom area. The Pool Suite has TV/DVD/VCR and cable as well. A wet bar is all ready for pool side snacks and libations and there is dining adjacent top the banana garden.

1-6 Guests/All Suites $5800 No arrivals on July 4th or Thanksgiving Day.

Christmas/New Year’s December 19 – January 5 (7-night minimum)

1-6 Guests/All Suites $9500 No arrivals on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

+12.5% Hotel Tax

Rental and Cancellation Policy

50% deposit & $50 Reservation Fee are required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% Booking & Reservation Fee.

Checks are preferred.

5% Credit Card Transaction Fee.

20% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, unless exact dates are re-rented.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year-round.

Entry level Primary suites are king beds separated by main foyer, full bath with garden view shower, third bedroom is also King pool level, full bath. All suites have TV cable/DVD/VCR. All bedrooms have a/c and “Heavenly Mattresses”

Granite counter tops and Custom Cabinetry, Whirlpool gas cooktop/oven, microwave, full Whirlpool side by side frig, toaster oven and toaster, blender, drip coffee maker and dishwasher.

Our family traveled to Villa Bijou 6/28-7/5 and it exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone to get together and also have privacy. We were met from the ferry and they even helped transport our luggage. We have rented several villas in the past and this was one of the most we equipped. It is also one of the best pools that we have had and used it nightly. Couldn’t recommend enough and we will definitely return.

Paradise!
We had a fantastic week at Villa Bijou. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The view from the property is stunning! Our favourite spot was the gazebo, especially in the evenings watching the sun set and listening to the tree frogs sing. The villa is a quick ten minute drive into Cruz Bay and convenient to all of the amazing beaches on the north shore. We will definitely return.
