Located in Coral Bay on Seagrape Hill across from Skinny Legs, Shops and the Dingy Dock making it an easy hop for a sail or power boat charter. The Estate is situated on a hill, so you may enjoy the Caribbean breeze and unobstructed breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset from the large wrap around deck and gazebo, perfect for enjoying any meal, as well as the incredible star gazing and moon rises over the water at night. Perfect for a romantic week away from the city, or go big with larger groups or events.

We have upgraded the pool with improvements and converted to salt water, and the upper deck now has cable rails to improve the view. Begin your relaxing get away in our beach style home, including 2 oversized primary bedrooms with private entries, upgraded full-size bathrooms, comfortable king size beds, and updated kitchen. Updates include luxurious large granite counter tops, sinks, stainless steel refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, and toaster oven/broiler with extended peninsula. Dining at the round table inside seats 6, bar area seats 4.

The lounge area is equipped with a 48″ smart TV and boasts large windows with stunning ocean views. The main area is equipped with 48″ smart TV, while the primary suites and cottage have 40″ and 32″ smart TVs , respectively. All bedrooms have air conditioners. Also available, rent our private poolside cottage with queen size bed, bathroom, outdoor shower, mini fridge, and breakfast nook, for more guests. Besides the stunning views, enormous bedrooms with beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen, you will have a hard time deciding where to hang side for a swim, upper deck for happy hour or sunrise,  or an unforgettable moon rise. The property speaks for itself. Coral Bay is the new hot spot on the island, known for its up and coming restaurants, easily accessible beaches (5 minute drive), and laid back friendly town. Upon arrival, you will have access to a welcome book with loads of options for food and entertainment. Rental also includes snorkel gear and beach items, beach towels, comfortable deck furniture, BBQ, and hammocks.

Please inquire about our discounted rates on children (under 13) and groups over 6 guests. The number of guests is confirmed by the property manager.

Please inquire on dates and lengths of stay flexibility, if booking less than 4 months in advance.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
