Oceanport is a secluded villa located just 5 minutes from Cruz Bay on St. John, U.S Virgin Islands, offering stunning 180 degree ocean views of Hart Bay and beyond. Guests enjoy uninterrupted vistas from every room and deck, with frequent sightings of marine life and breathtaking sunsets.

Oceanport features a heated 25 ft x 15 ft pool with an integrated spa, positioned to receive sunlight all day (9am to 5pm), ideal for lounging and dining on the spacious coral stone patio. Outdoor dining accommodations for 8, a gas grill, and bar enhance al fresco living.

Guests can descend the 220 private stone steps to a quiet beach for snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, or exploring the shore. This is a scenic trek along a rocky shoreline.

Our eco-conscious design includes solar power, rainwater collection, UV water purification (triple filtration), and native, low-water landscaping minimizing environmental impact while retaining comfort and beauty.
