Oceana Villa, located in Chocolate Hole, is a classic Caribbean style 6 Bedroom, 6 1/2 bath home featuring pool, split system A/C in every room, including the great room up and media room down.

This easy access home has great views overlooking Great Cruz Bay. Luxuriating in the infinity edge pool you'll enjoy seeing St. Thomas, framed by the outer cays on the horizon. Oceana’s pool is a healthy 10’ x 18’, with a maximum depth of 5 feet. The great room has cable TV, DVD, and stereo. Sound feeds into the spa area, kitchen and decks off the great room and pool, each with individual volume controls. While Oceana is surrounded with all the Caribbean delights St. John has to offer, it was purposely designed as a villa to be stayed in. The great room and kitchen are fully screened and has spilt A/C option, in case our normally generous trade winds are light, and will make for some truly memorable gatherings. With gourmet level appliances, meals can be prepared or catered to any level of sophistication. A four-stage filter provides crystal clear drinking water from every faucet. With 6 air-conditioned bedrooms on two levels, Oceana accommodates nearly any size group. The villa is child-friendly and ideal for multiple generation families, with a handicap accessible bath. The upper level has three rooms with king beds, each with separate access. All bedrooms have ocean views.

Rates are based on number of bedrooms used.

50% deposit & $50 Reservation Fee are required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% Booking & Reservation Fee.

Checks are preferred.

Children are welcome.

5% Credit Card Transaction Fee.

20% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, unless exact dates are re-rented.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year-round.
