Intimate getaway or affordable family gathering, the first floor of our newly completed island home is perfect for your carefree tropical vacation. The tidy and serene studio is arranged as a separate and independent living space and can accommodate two couples or a family of four. The airy, comfortable studio invites sights and sounds of a tropical paradise. Three sets of French doors frame your view of the surrounding lush and seductive mountain landscape. Enjoy basking in the splendor of the outdoors on the spacious wrap-around deck. Our grotto-inspired bathroom evokes the island’s history of stonework and exemplifies our love affair with outdoor living. Sun-drenched yet private, the enclosed shower offers a luxurious bathing experience.

Situated on the level ground makes for trouble-free access and parking. The local grocery store, mail service, and restaurants, including local landmark Skinny Legs, are all within easy walking distance.

Enjoy plenty of nightly entertainment–a simple 5-minute walk. Yoga classes convene several times a week at the Agricultural Pavilion, a short walk from the house. Or if Pilates is your preference, classes are available at the same convenient location. Catch the VITRAN, the island shuttle bus, to world-class beaches for the day, hike the many trails on the eastern end of St. John, or head to the bustling town of Cruz Bay–for a dollar. Bars and restaurants, quaint boutiques and island are all conveniently located to the studio. The eco kitchen includes a single/double burner propane camp-stove, countertop convection oven, microwave, a full-size refrigerator with freezer on top (on deck) as well as a convenient bar refrigerator (inside) and sinks with running hot/cold water.
