The indoor living area is furnished in cool, island colors, with wrapped sea grass furniture and artwork complimenting the natural beauty of St. John. The 4 panel slider opens fully onto the upper deck and is also screened. There is a complete entertainment unit with color TV, cable, VCR/DVD and combination radio, tape/CD music system. The kitchen is a delight with all the latest appliances, gourmet pots and cooking gadgets, huge granite counter, and a breakfast bar. Idyllic was designed to take advantage of the Caribbean breezes and incredible views of Great Cruz Bay. The covered deck across the front of the house provides protected outdoor living space with seating and dining areas. The beautiful teak dining table set seats 6 in comfort. After relaxing in the pool, you’re sitting on the deck looking at the view, a harbor replete with boats, Pillsbury Sound, the hills of St. Thomas in the distance. The house is fully equipped with gear for the beach – coolers, towels, and beach chairs. Idyllic is landscaped with tropical plants such as flamboyant, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus, and palm trees and you can help yourself to fruits in season – bananas, tamarinds, limes, passion fruit, and more. There are sunsets year round and at night the twinkling lights and stars.

50% deposit & $50 Reservation Fee are required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% Booking & Reservation Fee.

5% Credit Card Transaction Fee.

20% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, unless exact dates are re-rented.
