Wireless DLS complete this electronics package. This peaceful setting puts you at one with nature. All furnishings are the best of quality for comfort and relaxation. The great room includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispensers. This area is a lovely focal point for family meals as it opens onto the spacious bar counter, with seating for four, and to the unique sculptured wood dining table with comfortable cushioned seating for six as well as 2 side chairs. The Hart Bay Beach House has 2200 square feet of spacious living. The outside deck has open and covered areas for lounging or enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner from the outside dining table with seating for six. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the expansive deck or take a stroll to the beach. From the lower primary balcony, you exit the gate and follow the pavers to the delightful sand and stone beach of Hart Bay, where you can swim, snorkeling and beachcomb. Beachfront homes on St. John are a rare and special treat and this beach is very private. The constant sounds of the ocean will make it hard to leave this amazing location!! The spacious Primary Suite opens onto a shaded deck, where you will find 2 relaxing chaise lounges. Gaze out to the surf and the verdant green hills of St. John from your luxurious king bed or private deck. Located on the opposite end of the great room you will find the Guest Bedroom which has 2 twin beds, a dresser, table lamp, and large closet. This set up is perfect for families with children or for singles. Exiting the the large sliding glass doors from the Great Room, to the left you will find stairs to the second Primary Suite. This suite has outside access only. A beautiful king bed with foot board bench, matching nightstands, lamps and a dresser as well as a walk in closet. A wall mounted 32″ TV with expanded cable is also included.

Rental and Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on double occupancy, un-rented bedrooms will remain locked & unoccupied during your stay. Max occupancy 6 Guests.

Children 10 and over are welcome.

Check in 3:00pm - Check out 9:00am, if guests are arriving the day of your departure, and 10:00am, otherwise.

This is a non-smoking villa, however, smoking is permitted outside in the exterior deck areas.

50% deposit is required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% Booking Fees paid.

Payments accepted: Check or Bank Wire. Please make checks payable to Island Getaways Escrow.

20% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, unless exact dates are re-rented.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year-round.
