Blue Agave Villa is located in upper Estate Chocolate Hole, overlooking 3 Bays east to west, Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole Bay & Hart/Rendezvous Bay. Amazing open and covered deck area. Situated about 2 miles from Cruz Bay, this two-level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home offers privacy and comfort.

The upper level contains the primary bedroom, kitchen, living room, full bath and deck with pool. The the lower level are the three bedrooms each with ensuite bath, which is accessed via an exterior travertine stairway and a common breezeway, and each bedroom has exterior door access to each room and laundry room. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, and each bedroom is air-conditioned. To capture the island breezes, it is completely screened, and each room contains a ceiling fan. The home also has a full-house automatic generator.

Rental and Cancellation Policy

Rates are based on number of bedrooms used.

50% deposit & $50 Reservation Fee are required at the time of booking/balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% Booking & Reservation Fee.

Checks are preferred.

5% Credit Card Transaction Fee.

20% Cancellation Fee.

No refunds, unless exact dates are re-rented.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year-round.

Great house, awesome location, beautiful view!

We've been to St. John more than half a dozen times and this house was fantastic. The location can't be beat, and the view was absolutely amazing. The three bedrooms downstairs are completely separate from one another; if traveling with a group of adults or couples this offers nice privacy. The upstairs is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home.

Great property

The view and location were wonderful. Perfect patio area to take a swim and watch the sunset. Very close to the Westin, Cruz Bay and markets. The layout of the home worked great for us (all adults), but might not be ideal for families with small children. 3 of the 4 bedrooms can only be accessed by an outdoor staircase and doors open to an open, outside hallway. Just something to be aware of. We had a great week - would return again.
