This villa has it all! Beija Flor means “Flower-kisser” (hummingbird) in Portuguese. Beija Flor is located in exclusive Point Rendezvous and can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy beautiful water views and spectacular ocean breezes. Beija Flor is 75 yards on a cliff above the beautiful blue waters of Fish Bay. Watch the stunning sunrises and enjoy dinner under the stars on the 500 square foot upper and lower balconies. Relax in the newly renovated saltwater pool or swim in one of the many beaches close by. Beija Flor is just an 8–10-minute drive from the town of Cruz Bay where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping and other activities. The beautiful North Shore beaches are a 15-minute drive from the villa. As you walk into the great room, five double mahogany doors open onto the upper deck and provide expansive views to Fish Bay where you can enjoy sea turtles swimming and bobbing to the surface. Beija Flor features four king size bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two king size master suites are located on each side off the great room. There is a handicap accessible ramp or stairs that will take you to the pool and to the two lower bedrooms with king size beds, both with sliders out to the lower deck with amazing views of Fish Bay. There is a connecting hallway with doors to each bedroom. All villa water is purified by an ultraviolet (UV) 3 stage filtration system. For your convenience, trash service is provided twice a week. A new solar system was installed in the fall of 2021 that provides electricity if there is an island wide outage.
