New in 2007, Luna Vista is the ground floor of a two-story private home
at the midpoint of the island. It is just a short distance to the best
beaches on St John, such as Maho Bay and Trunk Bay (rated one of the world's
top 10 beaches). |

There
are two king bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living and dining room
area, and a kitchen previous guests said is the best equiped villa kitchen
on St. John. Also, there is a large covered porch and a splash pool with
a small deck.

is a second phone line for downstairs. So if you bring your laptop and
have a local number for your isp, you can have internet access. |

2008 Weekly Rental Rates
These rates are based on seven nights. We have a minimum stay of four nights, which is pro-rated at $200 a night in off season and $300 a night in on season; plus an additional $100 short term stay charge. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Within two weeks of arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable; deposit is non-refundable after that. Rates subject
