2 miles north of Cruz Bay St John, US Virgin Islands, just a short 10
minute boat ride away and 3 miles to Redhook, St Thomas, a 15 minute boat
ride to the east-northeast. Your front door mat is the Caribbean Sea.

The Lovango Beach House is totally off the grid, a self generating green energy house, utilizing
42 voltaic solar panels that produce over 7000 watts of power hourly (at
peak sunshine hours) and a 3.5 kilo watt wind turbine generator. When
the sun and wind do not cooperate there is a backup 21 kilo watt diesel
powered generator and a backup for the backup is a 6 kilo watt diesel
generator.

the timber frame is reclaimed lumber from the first transcontinental railroad

Services Included
Your arrival and departure to and from St. Thomas is included in your rental agreement. The property managers provide this service from Red Hook. Trips to St. John can also be set up through the property manager.
Please allow a day’s notice in consideration of the manager’s other daily responsibilities.
Dinghies and boats are available for rental on St. John. Dinghies may be kept dockside, boats are to be moored on the LBH mooring.
