Island Manor

Island manor has four private bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and a gazebo set among tropical plants and fruit trees. It had a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The villa overlooks the wildlife refuge of Chocolate Hole pond and Hart Bay. It is just a few minutes from Cruz Bay, where the ferry arrives, and where you will find restaurants, shops and taxis to the beach. The beaches along this stretch of the south shore range from sand to coral, the closest being Great Cruz Bay, where the Westin Hotel is located.


WEEKLY RATE DETAILS:

Off-Season 2012: 4/14/12-11/16/12; 11/24-12/14/12; $3000/1-4 guests;
$125 per week for each additional guest
In-season 2012: 1/7/12-4/13/12; $4400/1-4;
$150 per week for each additional guest
Thanksgiving Week 2011: 11/19-11/25/11 $4190/1-8 guests
plus $150 per person/week for each additional guest.
Christmas/New Year's 2011: 12/17/11-1/6/12 $7300/1-8 guests;
$200 per week for each additional guest
President's Week 2012: 2/18-2/24/12; In-season rates apply

The large great room features ceramic tile floors, comfortable rattan furniture and Caribbean artwork. The french doors open up onto a deck over-looking the pool and gazebo.

The entertainment center has a TV/VCR, cable TV and a CD player. Off of the great room, there is an additional entertainment room/den with a pullout sofa and an additional TV.
