Sunrise is actually two houses joined by one spectacular breezeway sitting on the water and bathed in Tropical breezes. It is perched above our pristine coral reef and just steps away from Zoot’s Private Beach overlooking the crystal clear waters of Caribbean Sea. Sunrise is equipped with numerous ceiling fans, Cable TV, Wireless Internet and a Safe.
From your two private screened porches, you will be transfixed by the 180 degree views of the sunrise over Hurricane Hole and The Virgin Islands National Park. Witness the waters teaming with marine life; the Leopard Rays leaping from the water, Turtles feeding on the ocean’s surface and the sea birds soaring and fishing above Hurricane Hole. Spinnaker has a separate bedroom with queen bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, open porch, air conditioning, safe and wireless internet. With 2 day bed/sofas, this cottage can accommodate 4 and is perfect for a couple or a family with children.
The elevated views from Spinnaker encompass Hurricane Hole’s sparkling water, mangrove trees and Zoot’s gorgeous waterfront property. Directly across from our Mangrove protected waterfront Spinnaker perfect for beachcombing. A few more steps and you are on Zoot’s private sand beach with all the swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling on our beautiful coral reef that you can possibly imagine. Or, just relax in your lounge chairs on the hillside and enjoy the sunrise, tropical breezes and the incomparable beauty of Estate Zootenvaal. |
