Welcome to Acqua Blu, a luxurious four bedroom four baths villa, located in the prestigious neighborhood of Boatman Point, on St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Bring your Wi Fi capable laptop and surf from anywhere at Acqua Blu. The swimming pool is 35' X 11' with a shallow end of 4 ft and a deep end of 10ft, plenty of space for all to enjoy.
A path from
the house to the water provides access to swimming, snorkeling or fishing
on the south side of St. John. The house is on one acre, and is part
of the Boatman Point Association with its own private rubble beach (3
minute walk) |

| The fully equipped modern kitchen contains all your major and minor appliances for the gourmet chef. 2 dishwashers, a gas oven, a Miele electric oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, convection microwave, ice maker, beverage cooer & electric ice cream machine for any frozen concoctions you might desire. The kitchen has its own sound system, CD player. The washer & dryer are in a separate room off the kitchen with a built in ironing station. There is also a 48" hand carved teak table: a perfect hideaway for lunch or breakfast.. Each bedroom is uniquely themed, and has magnificent views, its own porch or a balcony. All four bedrooms have king beds, quiet, split air conditioners, with ceiling fans and views to the Caribbean Seas
The St. Thomas Suite is located just beyond the living room area with inside access. This suite boasts clean, modern lines, the plushest King bed in the house, mahogany end tables, and a unique hand woven round Mojave chaise lounge with several throw pillows offers a unique comfort retreat. With an exciting teak Balinese mirror and Indian cart dresser on wheels, the room suggest an Oriental flair. Ten foot high walls are capped with a beamed cypress ceiling that rises to sixteen feet. This suite features a large closet with build in shelving for all your island attire. A glass french door leads out to your balcony with a quiet sitting area to soak up the sun or the vast ocean view. The white tiled bath with blue mosaic tile inserts features a glass indoor shower with a poured concrete bench and lovely vessel sink. In the evening, you can view the twinkling lights of St. Thomas, Hart Bay and south to St. Croix.

Master Suite, located just off the great room with its rare hardwood flooring,
hand carved, king sized, mahogany poster bed and golden silk coverlet,
is quietly classy. Windows on three sides, ten foot walls, sixteen foot
ceiling and sliding glass doors which take you out to your own private
porch. Gaze out to the magnificent view of the southernmost tip of St.
John with the lovely sunrise behind it, or the magnificent sea view to
St. Croix which can be enjoyed from the porch or the outdoor shower. A
spacious closet, large bathroom with his and hers wash basins on an incredible
polished cast concrete bench. The mahogany inlaid trim, sets it apart
from the ordinary. A bath in the hand made Japanese soak tub is a lovely
way to end your day in paradise. |

The
Plantation Suite is private, private, private. It has its own separate
entrance from the pool and the front port, ten (10) foot ceilings and
incredible views of Hart Bay and St. Croix. Furnished in traditional West
Indian Style, the king sleigh bed is leather lined for the comfort of
those late night readers. The hand carved tea cart adds charm and the
relaxing plantation chair adds comfort. The indoor glass encased shower
overlooks jasmine bushes (oh the fragrance!) and the cast concrete bench
holds its own white vessel sink. |
Romance
is in the air when you enter the lovely Ram's Head Suite. Take in the
sweeping view of the vast Caribbean sea, south to St. Croix or to east
to Ram's Head. The charming, hand carved mahogany 4 poster king bed with
its draped soft netting and the shell inlaid island walls of the walkway
to the Xeriscaped gardens. The private covered porch, with steps to the
garden walkway, looks out to the sea. The armoire, caned club chair with
mahogany side table, floor lamp and old fashioned full length mirror add
quaint elegance to the ambiance. The bath has a mahogany hand made sink,
and the outdoor shower is graced by desert rose and crimson bougainvillea
bushes. |

| Accessed from a colorful spiral staircase from above, the room is directly next to thr cocostick bar and lounge area. The lower collenade features a lounge area with seating for four as well as a wine cooler and the cocostick bar. The Media Room with Day Bed will comfortably sleep a teenager or young adult increasing the villa capacity to 9 guests. Air conditioning, flat panel LCD TV with Cable, DVD, VCR , CD and surround sound Stereo System are all available for your viewing and listening pleasure. A Sony computer complete with a fax, copier and scanner for those who need to check emails or surf the web. |

double occupancy, This is a non smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside in the exterior deck areas Deposit A deposit
of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The
balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if
re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental
rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands
