This 4 bedroom, 3 bath Villa with a pool is centrally located on the paved portion of Ajax Peak Road the next road after North Shore Road, boasting the most beautiful views and white sandy beaches in the world. It's About Time is close to the VI National Park, scuba & kayak rental, horseback riding, Danish ruins, hiking trails, sailing, and many great restaurants that have live entertainment in season. There is also a Smoothie stand at the bottom of the road for those with a desire for our native fruits.

The two upstairs have connecting bathrooms. with beautiful stone outdoor showers. have king sized beds and one can be changed into 2 twins. The handmade beds have roomy drawers built in.

| One of the downstairs bedroom also has a king sized bed and located off of the pool area. Between the two bedrooms is a room with bar seats, a reading area and the bathroom with a toilet,sink and shower. |

The other downstairs bedroom has a full sized futon, seating area and exits on the downstairs deck to a beautiful view and the pool.

For your
convenience a washer and dryer is also downstairs. |

| The 8'x16' pool has a large lounging area where you can relax, read and enjoy an outdoor meal. The stone wall has recessed lights so you can use the area at night and watch our amazing stars. Amenities
The drive to "It's About Time" is paved all the way from the ferry dock to a large front yard with plenty of parking. The flat yard is one of the few around. |

Cancellation
Policy Rental deposit of 50% may be refunded up to 2 months prior to arrival date. A $300 cancellation fee will apply. Payment by personal or bank check. 50% rental deposit due with booking, 50% due upon arrival. 8% Virgin Island Rental Tax |
